About the podcast
Audience & Purpose
Our primary audience is sustainability directors and sustainability managers across the private, public and third sectors.
The podcasts aims to help our listeners develop and lead initiatives and strategies that deliver results and make difference by providing useful insights and practical advice.
We produce two types of episodes:
- Guides based on our own experience of leading sustainability initiatives and supporting sustainability leaders;
- Interviews with sustainability leaders sharing their experience.
Our ideal guest
Currently we are looking to interview sustainability directors and managers with medium-sized organisations – particularly “mainstream” organisations rather than “green” brands.
We especially interested in sustainability leaders with stories to share about engaging colleagues and stakeholders with sustainability. You do not have to be a superstar – we like to hear about not just what worked and but also what you’ve learned from real life struggles and challenges.
Past and confirmed guests include sustainability leaders in: a multinational food retailer, a global corporate and investment bank, a fast growing biotech business, a major technical services consultancy, a service provider to the media industry and more.
Your host
The main host is Osbert Lancaster, co-founder of Realise Earth.
