We facilitate outstanding meetings, workshops and programmes for purpose-led organisations.
How can we help?
We live in a world of disruption and uncertainty
A world where it’s often difficult to do the right thing for climate, nature and people – because of entrenched cultures and beliefs, outdated regulations and perverse subsidies.
The world of getting better and better, and worse and worse, faster and faster.
A world where most people know human activity is taking us towards environmental tipping points, where they want to take action, but are uncertain what to do or whether anything they do will make a meaningful difference.
But it’s also a world where there is a real groundswell of change, action by innovators and early adopters, working to transform organisations, economies and society – so that everyone can lead a good life, where nature can flourish, and where business success at the very least doesn’t harm people and destroy nature, and at best, delivers real benefit for people and planet.
This is the context for purpose-led organisations today.
Navigating the turmoil
At Realise Earth we’ve all been helping leaders and organisations do the right thing and to navigate the turmoil for most of our careers.
We’ve learnt that behind all the science and technology, all the policies and procedures, what really enables and drives change is people.
That’s why we’ve long focused on working with leaders, staff and stakeholders, helping them to have the conversations and discussions they need to come together around a common purpose and work together to make change happen.

Facilitating essential conversations
In today’s workplace cultures there are two big barriers to engaging colleagues and stakeholders. First, the practical skills to design and lead the conversations you need to have (see our home page). Second, the pressure of time.
We have the expertise to help you have meetings and workshops that will help you make real progress. And that means you and your colleagues make best use of your time.
We can also help you, your colleagues and your stakeholders, develop the skills to work together effectively to implement the decisions and plans you’ve create together.
Developing skills for change
At times like this we need different mindsets and different skills.
That’s why we work with the Inner Development Goals (IDGs). The IDGs provide an essential framework of the skills and qualities that are especially crucial for leaders and managers of purpose led organisations.
The Inner Development Goals have been developed by over a thousand researchers, experts and practitioners in leadership development and sustainability, including Peter Senge, Otto Scharmer and Renée Lertzman, and are supported by companies such as Google, Spotify, Stena, IKEA and OX2.
